Here is the result of a wonderful collaboration between Avanaa and Unifruits. A 100% cocoa bar sourced from Peru with no added sugar. This chocolate has strong notes of tobacco, nuts, and a slight bitterness. This flavor pairs exceptionally well with our dried cherries, which have a nice acidity and add freshness. |
