Spinach, Strawberry and Cherry in Yogourt Salad
• 4 cups baby spinach
• 1 cup strawberries
• 3/4 cup dried cherries coated in yogourt
• 1 tbsp 35% cream
• 2 tbsp Croque Cerise dressing
• Pink pepper
• Coarsely chop the spinach.
• Slice the strawberries, cut the yogourt coated cherries in half and add to the spinach.
• Mix dressing and cream well until smooth.
• Garnish with pink pepper and salt to taste.
